Site Review Plan Permit

Pierce County requires a site review plan permit authorized by the Town of Maiden Rock board. 

To apply, fill in page one of the Comprehensive Planning Site Visit Checkoff List found below. Chairman Jerry Duden will review the application with you and finalize the permit for submittal to Pierce County.
